What we process, why, and on what legal basis
- Correspondence data (name, e-mail address, phone number, company name, message content) — to reply and to conduct business correspondence. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- IP address and technical data in server logs — for security and diagnostics. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Cookies — the site stores the
pll_languagecookie remembering your language choice (12 months) and one browser local-storage entry remembering that you dismissed the information notice. Both are necessary for the site to work the way you chose and require no consent. You may delete them in your browser settings. We use no analytics or advertising tools.
Recipients
Our hosting provider and our e-mail provider — as processors acting on our instructions. The OpenStreetMap Foundation receives your IP address when the map on the Contact page is displayed. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
Retention
Business correspondence: for as long as it is conducted and afterwards until the limitation period for any related claims expires. Server logs: for the period resulting from the standard log rotation carried out by our hosting provider, for security and diagnostics only. Language cookie: 12 months from your last visit.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to data portability. Write to info@ex-pol.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, or with the supervisory authority competent for your place of residence.
Providing data in correspondence is voluntary but necessary for us to reply.
